I was so very sorry to hear from Iain about your awful Monday, and Maggie’s mishap. Our evening on Tekoa (that you describe so well) is a very happy remembrance.
As I told Jane and Iain repeatedly, if there is a word I shall never forget, it’s the word “dreich”!

Was out at Mugdock Park yesterday. Branches of trees strewn everywhere; plant pots overturned. We have bought a gazebo – the portable, canvas type – so our brickie can get on with some work in the sit-ootery. Was over at Anne’s and dug up some of her plants for transplanting. Otherwise all well. B.
